Welcome to Dreams Interior. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Dreams Interior provides residential and commercial interior design services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior design consultation

  • Modular kitchens and wardrobes

  • Custom furniture manufacturing

  • Turnkey interior execution

  • Renovation and remodeling services

The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project agreement or quotation shared with the client.

2. Design & Customization

  • All designs, drawings, layouts, and 3D visuals shared are indicative and subject to client approval.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or material may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting conditions, or material availability.

  • Custom-made furniture and interiors cannot be altered or cancelled once approved and moved into production.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices mentioned in quotations are valid for a limited period and may change if material costs, taxes, or project scope changes.

  • Payment schedules will be shared in advance and must be adhered to as agreed.

  • Delays in payment may result in project delays or work suspension.

  • All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines are estimated and depend on design approvals, material availability, site readiness, and timely payments.

  • Dreams Interior shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, client-side delays, third-party vendors, or site conditions beyond our control.

5. Site Readiness & Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure the site is accessible, clear, and ready for execution as per agreed timelines.

  • Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

  • Dreams Interior is not responsible for civil, electrical, plumbing, or structural issues unless included in the project scope.

6. Warranty & Maintenance

  • Warranty on modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture will be as per manufacturer terms.

  • Electrical appliances, hardware, and accessories are covered under their respective brand warranties.

  • Normal wear and tear, mishandling, water damage, or improper usage are not covered under warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, concepts, images, and content created by Dreams Interior remain our intellectual property.

  • Reproduction, reuse, or sharing of designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Dreams Interior may engage third-party vendors for certain services or materials.

  • We are not liable for delays, defects, or issues arising from third-party products or services beyond agreed warranties.

9. Cancellation & Termination

  • Project cancellation by the client after design approval or production start will result in forfeiture of payments made.

  • Dreams Interior reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of designs.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Dreams Interior shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of services agreed under the project contract.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.

12. Changes to Terms

Dreams Interior reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
